Roof Repairs
If you are having a minor problem, a simple roof repair can do the trick. You do NOT always have to replace your entire roof. If it is an urgent repair, you may want to look into some companies with urgent repair services, but we do recommend giving us a call as well. We appreciate our customers and if we can, we will come out as soon as possible to examine/repair your roof. We can often visit our customers and fix their issues.
Below is a list of common reasons for a repair

Cool Roof Repairs
If you are having a roof problem, it is best to schedule something sooner than later. A small leak may actually be bigger than it seems. Small leaks can sometimes cause mold/mildew to grow or weaken the roof/wall and lead to a more expensive problem/fix later on.

New Roof Construction
This is a huge undertaking and can sometimes be a daunting task. That is where we come in. We will handle the process from start to finish and most importantly - our prices are highly competitive, and we often beat out our competition's prices! In addition to our great price, we also do quality work. This is vital and often overlooked. A poorly constructed roof will not last as long and if you lose years or decades out of your new roof, then you will end up paying for a new roof much sooner - costing you more money in the long run. Save yourself the headache and choose the roofing professionals.

Residential Gutter Repair and Installation
A properly installed gutter will protect your home from water damage and empty the water into responsible areas. It is important to have your gutters empty into grass and other areas around your home to ensure optimal water absorption without the water returning to your home and cause any potential damage (i.e. flooding). We highly recommend regular gutter cleaning, regular inspections for any damages to your gutters that may cause them to need repairs, and try to keep an eye out for leaks. Your gutters should protect your entire home from additional water damage. This includes not only basement flooding, but also unnecessary erosion due to landscape floods. The right type of gutter alongside proper maintenance will extend the life of not only your gutters but the land surrounding your house. At Mill Run Builders, we take this into account and offer suggestions for improved gutter/water systems to further protect your home/land. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Siding Contractor Services
Residential Siding Repair and Installation
If you are contemplating installing or replacing your current siding, there are a few things you need to consider. First, exterior siding must protect your home from the elements. Quality siding lasts and withstand rain, snow or ice. The second aspect of siding to consider is simply its appearance. Now let's consider what kind of material you would like. Classic options are wood, brick and vinyl. These are great options because they need to keep out water from your home. Water through a roof or siding is a dangerous thing as it can create larger problems such as creating mold, mildew, or slowly breaking down your property. To best fight water, we recommend aluminum or vinyl siding. Honorable mentions are cement and brick as well. Wood, stone, and stucco are other options, but they tend to let in more water - albeit aesthetically pleasing. If your area has heavy rainfall, you need to strongly consider what kind of siding material would be best to withstand the heavy rains. You do not want to end up with mold issues as they are costly and a slow problem that can go undetected at times.
